📦 Processing Time

All treats are handmade in small batches. Please allow 4–7 working days for order processing before dispatch. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or for large/custom orders.

🚚 Shipping Options (Singapore)

We currently ship within Singapore via the following methods:

  • Standard Courier Delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • Locker Delivery: Not recommended as temperature and handling are uncontrolled. If selected, we are not responsible for any product damage, melting, or spoilage.

  • Self-Collection: Available by appointment only. We will notify you once your order is ready for pick-up.

Note: We do not ship outside of Singapore at the moment.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. Petit Pawstries is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

❗ Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, kindly contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist where possible, but are not liable for issues caused by courier handling.
