Refund & Return Policy

At Petit Pawstries, every treat is lovingly handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. As our products are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at petitpawstries@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and packaging
  We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin prepping your order shortly after it’s placed, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

• Perishable goods (treats, chews, milkies, etc.)

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized items
